cze In situ optická spektroskopická měření a-As2Se3 Byla studována kinetika fototmavnutí vrstev a-As2Se3 přímo během expozice vzorku. Bylo prokázáno, že tato expozice indukuje negativní změnu indexu lomu. Zároveň dochází k neočekávanému poklesu tloušťky vrstvy během expozice.
eng In Situ Optical Spectroscpy Measurements of a-As2Se3 The kinetics of photodarkening in chalcogenide glass has been discussed at length in many publications. Usually, the kinetics are measured by recording the change of transmission intensity of the monochromatic pump light through the film with time or by use of a pump-probe setup, where bandgap light is used to induce changes in the film (the pump) and the probe of the same wavelength or of a different wavelength is used to measure the rate of change of transmission. As yet, no one has reported in situ measurements of the optical spectrum in the visible region of the photodarkening process in chalcogenide materials. Through in situ measurements on a-As2Se3 films, we observed a negative change in the refractive index at wavelengths longer than the wavelength of the inducing light beam. Additionally, there is an unexpected decrease in the film thickness that takes place during illumination. chalcogenide glass, photodarkening, kinetics, refractive index
