cze	Úzká místa realizace metody Quick Response při aplikaci strategie diferencovaného CRM	V posledních letech dochází k poměrně prudkému rozvoji řízení vztahů se zákazníky na základě koncepce diferencovaného CRM, což však vyžaduje přizpůsobení jednotlivých podnikových procesů i činností v nich probíhajících. Individuální užitky poskytované jednotlivým zákazníkům musí v konečném efektu vytvářet hodnotu pro vlastní podnik. Metoda, která tomuto základnímu cíli může napomoci, je metoda Quick Response. Její úspěšná implementace může na jedné straně znamenat zvýšení výnosů v důsledku flexibilnějšího způsobu obsluhy (tj. vytvoření vyšší hodnoty pro zákazníky), na druhé straně přispívá k hospodárnějšímu chodu vlastního podniku. Podniky začínají v celé řadě případů intuitivně uplatňovat principy této metody, avšak její úplné implementaci může bránit řada důvodů. Některé z nich jsou důvody objektivní (vyplývající z předmětu podnikání a charakteru trhů na nichž se podnik nachází), některé vyplývají ze specifické situace konkrétního podniku. Článek se zabývá možnými úzkými místy podnikového systému procesů, které brání rychlé reakci na požadavky zákazníků.
eng	Constraints of Quick Response method realization at Application of the Differentiated CRM Strategy	Recent years have been marked by a rather sharp development of customer relations management on the basis of the concept of differentiated CRM which, however, requires the adaptation of individual company processes and actions. The individual benefits offered to the individual customers must in the end generate value for the company itself. The Quick Response method can help to reach this basic goal. The method?s successful implementation may, on one hand, mean an increase of yields as the result of a more flexible service (i.e. creating higher value for the customers), on the other hand it contributes to a more economical running of the company itself. The companies are in many cases intuitively beginning to utilize the principles of this method, it?s full implementation, however, may be hindered by a whole range of reasons. Some of them may be objective reasons (stemming out of the sphere of business and market characteristics), others are based in the specific situation of each given company. This article deals with the possible company system bottlenecks, which may be in the way of the quick response to customer requirements.	CRM; Quick Response
