cze Monitorování polutantů: QSAR studie strukturních analogů naftalenu a kys. salicylové Bakterie HK44 odpovídá na přítomnost strukturních analogů naftalenu a kyseliny salicylové aktivní luminiscenční odezvou. Byly nalezeny vztahy mezi strukturou testovaných látek a intenzitou luminiscence. Byly zkoumány vztahy mezi substitucí a toxicitou a mezi počtem/polohou substituentů and mírou odezvy biosenzoru. bioluminiscense, HK44, QSAR, naftalen, salicylát
eng QSAR of naphthalene and salicylate analogues for monitoring environmental pollution HK44 is a bacterium responding to naphthalene and salicylic acid analogues by active luminescence. Relationship between structures of tested analogue compounds and luminescense intensity was found. The relationships between substituents and toxicity and the relationships between number/positions of substituents and response of sensor were investigated. bioluminescense, HK44, QSAR, naphthalene, salicylate
