Pro objemová měření byla použita metoda rtuťové dilatometrie popsaná Kovacsem, entalpická relaxace a-Se byla studována pomocí DSC. K popisu relaxačního chování a-Se byl použit Tool-Narayanaswamy-Moynihanův model a byly určeny jeho parametry. eng Relaxation behavior of glassy selenium The volume and enthalpy relaxation of amorphous selenium has been studied. Mercury dilatometry described by Kovacs is a most suitable method for volume measurements. Enthalpy relaxation of a-Se was studied using DSC. The Tool-Narayanaswamy-Moynihan formulation was used to describe relaxation behavior of amorphous selenium and the parameters of this model were determined. The apparent activation energy of structural relaxation was found to be very close to the activation energy of viscous flow in the glass transition range. Chalcogenides, DSC, enthalpy relaxation.
