cze Počítačový návrh pigmentu založený na vlastnostech hyperploch Pigmentový návrh je založen na nalezení mezery v pigmentovém trhu s cílem nalézt buď nový barevný pigment (charakterizovaný tolerantními elipsoidy hyperpovrších barev v L, a, b barevném systému) nebo pigment dalších vlastností. Tento problém může být vyřešen statistickou počítačovou PLS metodou, jež je v této práci považována pro svou jednoduchost za černou skříňku. Používání PLS hyperpovrchu barvy a dalších vlastností pigmentů je mapována dvou rozměrnou mapou multidimensionálním hyperpovrchem. Tam jsou shluky z pigmentů s podobnými vlastnostmi, dále pak pigmenty odlehlé s ojedinělými vlastnostmi, ale také s mezerami. Mezery reprezentují nové vlastnosti zajímavých pigmentů jako nové cíle pigmentového návrhu. Z dvou rozměrového diagramu můžeme odstranit mezery představováním nepříznivých vlastností. Inversní QSAR může být užívána pro nalezení složení pigmentů plnící požadavky na barvě, definované tolerantními elipsoidy na barevné hyperploše, nebo složení a další parametry procesu, například charakteristiky surovin. eng Computerised Pigment Design Based on Property Hypersurfaces Pigment design is based on finding the gap in the pigment market as the target pigment of new colours (characterised by tolerance elipsoides on hyper surfaces of colour in L, a, b colour system) or other properties. This problem can be solved by statistic computerised PLS method (acronym of Partial least Squares) considered a black box for simplicity in this paper. Using PLS the hyper surface of colour and other properties of pigments is mapped by a biplot-a two dimensional map of multidimensional property hyper surface. There are clusters of pigments with similar properties, outlier with rare properties and the gaps. The gaps represent new properties of pigments interesting as new targets of pigment design. From the biplot we can eliminate the gaps representing infavourable properties. Inverse QSAR (acronym of Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationships) can be used to find the composition of pigments fulfilling the demands on colour, defined by tolerance elipsoides on colour hyper surface, or composition and other process parameters, e.g. characteristics of raw materials.
