cze Vlastnosti antikorozních pigmentů různého složení v závislosti na jejich koncentraci Byly vybrány antikorozní pigmenty ze skupiny netoxických látek a tyto porovnány s chromanovým pigmentem. U všech pigmentů byly sledovány parametry: absorpce oleje, hodnota CPVC. Hustota, pH výluhu, měrný povrch, velikost částic, vodou rozpustné látky a elektrická vodivost výluhů pigmentů. Vodné výluhy pigmentů byly použity pro stanovení korozních úbytků oceli. Morfologie částic pigmentů byla sledována pomocí elektronového skenovacího mikroskopu. Nátěry s těmito pigmenty byly formulovány na pojivové bázi epoxyesterové pryskyřice. U připravených nátěrů byly měřeny fyzikálně-mechanické vlastnosti jako je tvrdost a odolnost při hloubení. eng Properties of Anticorrosion Pigments Depending on Their Chemical Composition and PVC Value Anticorrosion pigments from a group of nontoxic substances were chosen and compared with a chromate pigment. With all pigments the following parameters were observed: oil absorption, CPVC value, density, extract pH, specific surface, particle size, water-borne substances content, and the specific electrical conductivity of pigment extracts. The aqueous extracts of pigments were used to determine the corrosion loss of steel. The morphology of pigment particles was observed by means of an electron scanning microscope. Paints containing these pigments were formulated on the binder basis of an epoxy resin. The prepared paints were subjected to the measurement of physical-mechanical properties such as hardness and resistance in deep drawing. Paints containing anticorrosion pigments were exposed to corrosion tests in a SO2 condenser chamber, salt spray cabinet and to a test according to Machu and Schiffman.
