eng	On the reversible photo-darkening in amorphous Ge5As41S15Se39 film.	Reversible photo-darkening was observed in Ge5As41S15Se39 amorphous film. The kinetics of the red shift of the optical gap follows stretched exponential for over - gap photons or white light and single exponential for near sub-gap photons. Far infrared transmission spectra indicate an increase in the film network disorder induced upon changes were observed induced by ilumination using near sub-gap photons.	infrared spectra
