cze Implementace systémů managementu v českých chemických podnicích jako nástroj udržitelného rozvoje Významným nástrojem komplexní péče o kvalitu, životní prostředí i bezpečnost a ochranu při práci se v podnicích stávají systémy řízení podniku (tj. systém managementu kvality, systém environmentálního managementu a systém bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci). Úroveň implementace jednotlivých systémů je různá v jednotlivých podnicích i průmyslových odvětvích. Proto autoři příspěvku provedli v polovině roku 2005 výzkum zaměřený na analýzu současného stavu implementace systémů řízení v podnicích vybraného průmyslového odvětví a možnosti jejich integrace. Vybraným odvětvím byl chemický průmysl České republiky. Výzkum byl prováděn ve spolupráci se Svazem chemického průmyslu ČR. V rámci výzkumu bylo zjištˇováno, které systémy řízení a na základě jakých metodických návodů jsou v podnicích chemického průmyslu implementovány, jaké jsou důvody implementace těchto systémů, jejich skutečné přínosy i nedostatky. Předmětem výzkumu byl i postoj managementu chemických podniků k budování, eventuelně přechodu na integrovaný systém řízení. Příspěvek shrnuje cíle, metodiku řešení a hlavní závěry tohoto primárního výzkumu. eng Implementation of Management Systems in Czech Chemical Industry as a Tool of Sustainable Development Management systems in business (i.e. quality management system, environmental management system and health and safety management system) have become a significant tool of complex care of quality, environment and safety in an enterprise. The level of individual systems implementation differs in the individual enterprises and industrial branches. The authors of the paper carried out a research in the second half of 2005 to analyze the current state of the management systems implementation at enterprises of the selected industry sector (including the options of their integration). They focused on chemical enterprises in the Czech Republic. The research realized in cooperation with the Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic aimed at the types of management systems, at the reasons for their implementation and at their real effects and drawbacks. Further, the attitudes of the chemical company management to building or transfer to the integrated management systems were the centre of attention.
