cze	Takticko-operativní plánování a rozpočtování v podnicích chemického průmyslu	Disertační práce je věnována problematice takticko-operativního plánování a rozpočtování v českých podnicích chemického průmyslu. Nejprve jsou na základě rešerše literatury vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se plánování a rozpočtování, a to plán, rozpočet a jejich příprava, dále pak podrobnější členění plánů a rozpočtů z hlediska časového horizontu a metodiky. Dále je specifikováno postavení krátkodobého plánování a rozpočtování ve vztahu ke strategickému managementu podniku, k cílům podniku, jakož i k celkovému systému plánů a rozpočtů. Součástí práce je praktický výzkum takticko-operativního plánování a rozpočtování v podnicích chemického průmyslu. Výzkum byl zaměřen na stávající stav takticko-operativního plánování a rozpočtování a na využívání ročního plánování a rozpočtování a využívání moderních přístupů a metod. V závěrečné části je zhodnocen vývoj českých podniků chemického průmyslu ve sledované oblasti a formulována doporučení ke zvýšení efektivnosti procesu takticko-operativního plánování a rozpočtování
eng	Tactical-Operational Planning and Budgeting in Enterprises of Chemical Industry	The dissertation considers a problematics of tactical-operational planning and budgeting of Czech chemical industry companies. At first there are determined basic terms related with planning and budgeting (plan, budget, structure of budgets including process of managing them) based on background research of special literature. Further there is determined relstion of tactical-operational planning and budgeting to strategic management and on the whole system of plans and budgets. A part of this work is a practical survey focused on tactical-operational planning and budgeting in enterprises of chemical industry. The survey was focused mainly on current state of this process and usage of modern progressive methods of planning and budgeting. At the end of this work there are reviewed progress of Czech enterprises in this area and formulation of general recommendations leading to improvement in the process of tactical-operational planning and budgeting are proposed.
