cze Numerická simulace sváření výbuchem s použitím ALE multi-materiálového přístupu programu LS-DYNA Svařování nebo vtlačování výbuchem je velmi užitečný technický postup, který produkuje např.vrstvené ochranné bariéry, bimetalické desky, trubky anebo vtlačuje trubky do kolektorů parogenerátorů. V minulosti byl tento proces úspěšně studován hlavně experimentálně. V současnosti existují velmi účinné 3D numerické nástroje (výpočtové kódy na bázi konečných prvků nebo diferencí), které umožňují studovat teoreticky většinu s tím spojených problémů sváření výbuchem. Článek presentuje 3D simulace sváření výbuchem pro systémy nikl-ocel a titan-ocel. Použitá výbušina Semtex 30 byla popsána JWL stavovou rovnicí, metalické desky pomocí Johnson-Cook konstitutivního modelu a vzduch byl popsán stavovou rovnicí ideálního plynu. Pro numerické řešení byl použit ALE multimateriálový přístup implementovaný do kódu LS-DYNA. Jsou uvedeny a diskutovány hlavní aspekty sváření výbuchem získané z numerických simulací. eng Numerical Simulation of Explosive Welding using LS-DYNA ALE Multi-material Approach Explosive welding or bonding is a useful technical procedure producing, for example, protective barriers, bi-metallic plates and tubes or for bonding tubes into a collector steam-generator plates. In the past, it was successfully studied and established by using mainly empirical experience. Currently, very powerful numerical tools (3D dynamic finite element or finite difference codes) are available that enable to study most involved aspects of explosive welding theoretically. The paper presents numerical 3D simulations of nickel-steel and titanium-steel explosive welding. The explosive used, Semtex 30, was described by JWL state equation, the metallic plates were described by the Johnson-Cook constitutive model, and the air was described by the ideal gas equation of state. For numerical solution, the ALE multi-material method implemented in the LS-DYNA code was used.
