cze	UHPLC/MS/MS charakterizace of anthelmintik a jejich metabolitů	In our study, selected parasites are cultivated in flasks with a medium enriched by praziquantel (or ivermectin) and subsequently analyzed using UHPLC/MS/MS with the electrospray ionization. Both ESI polarity modes are used to obtain complementary information. The emphasis is given on the right calibration of the mass scale to achieve the high mass accuracy, which results in the elemental composition determination of ions observed in full-scan and tandem mass spectra.
