cze Analýza sdílení tepla ve výbušinách Sdílení tepla ve výbušinách se dá popsat Fourrierovou rovnicí s dodatečným členem pro teplo vznikající rozkladem výbušiny. Tato rovnice může být řešena numericky. Pro charakterizaci výbušiny je nutno znát její hustotu, tepelnou vodivost a tepelnou kapacitu společně s charakteristikami rozkladné reakce (reakční teplo, aktivační energie, preexponenciální faktor a reakční model). Vliv těchto jednotlivých parametrů dosud nebyl publikován v ucelené formě. Je studován vliv materiálových parametrů na řešení. Jako standard je brána simulace pomalého ohřevu trhaviny Semtex 1A, jejíž výsledek odpovídá experimentu. eng Analysis of heat transfer in explosives The heat transfer in explosives can be described by Fourier equation with the additional term for the heat generated by decomposition of the explosive. This equation can be solved numerically. The density, thermal conductivity and heat capacity, together with the description of decomposition reaction kinetics (heat of reaction, activation energy, preexponential factor and reaction model) are to be known to characterize the material. However an importance of these individual parameters on the solution has not been published in a self-contained form. The influence of the individual material properties on the solution is studied. As a standard, a simulation of the slow cookoff test of Semtex 1A using one dimensional finite difference method was used. The results of the simulation corresponds to experimental data. The material parameters were varied and the influence of these variation on the calculated ignition temperature is evaluated and discussed. explosives; heat transfer; simulations
