Intenzifikace pomocí dvoufázového toku-kapalina plyn je založena především na zvýšení celkové rychlosti proudění směsi kapalina-plyn podél membrány, tj. na zvýšení míry turbulence a střihové rychlosti proudící tekutiny. Tato změna hydrodynamických podmínek uvnitř membránového modulu snižuje tloušťku mezní vrstvy u povrchu membrány, čímž dochází ke snižování odporu vůči toku permeátu. Vlastní experimentální měření pokrývají relativně široké rozmezí studovaných parametrů. Práce zahrnuje i výsledky a hodnocení intenzifikačního účinku jednotlivých metod a ověření matematických modelů umožňujících předpovědět počáteční pokles intenzity toku permeátu a ustálenou hodnotu intenzity toku permeátu. eng Flux enhancement by gas - liquid two - phase flow for crossflow microfiltration in tubular ceramic membrane: Performance and mechanism Application of the gas-liquid two-phase flow for flux enhancement during the microfiltration of aqueous TiO2 dispersions on Al2O3 tubular membrane has been studied. This study focuses on the influence of liquid and gas flow velocity and feed concentration on flux and development of mathematical model for flux prediction. The results of experiments show positive effect of constant gas-liquid two-phase flow on the flux. From analysis of experimental results based on dead-end filtration model it may be concluded that two-phase flow seems to expand the particle cake as it increases both cake porosity and thickness, thus allowing higher fluxes. For the periodical gas flow the flux enhancement is not so significant and strongly depends on the periodical gas flow mode and on the concentration of dispersion used. There is no concentration for which air injection has no effect on the permeate flux. The results showed good agreement between model prediction and experimental data.
