eng	Pigments based on CeO2 doped by terbium and zirconium	The work is focused on the synthesis of the new ecological inorganic pigments which are appropriate for application into ceramic glazes. The pigments on base the ceric oxide belong to among non-traditional ceramic pigments and in this case they were doped by the terbium and the zirconium which perform as carriers of colour scheme. Concretely the compounds type Ce(1-x+y)TbxZryO2 were prepared. The colour properties and the particle size distribution of the prepared pigments were measured.
