cze Testování korozně-inhibičních vlastností fosforečnanu zinečnatého dopovaného ortofosforečnanem lanthanitým Tato práce se zabývá studiem korozně-inhibičních vlastností komerčně používaného pigment Zn3(PO4)2 po modifikaci fosforečnanem lanthanitým v různých molárních poměrech. Směs Zn3(PO4)2/LaPO4 byla připravena v jednom kroku krystalizační metodou. Připravené pigmenty byly aplikovány do vouředitelné a alkydové nátěrové hmoty. Vzorky byly bvystaveny působení atmosphere se 100% vlhkostí a take atmosférám s obsahem 0,2 a 1 dm3 SO2. Vzorky byly hodnoceny na základě stupně prorezavění, puchýřkování, počtu trhlin, koroze v řezu a koroze na povrchu. Hodnocení, při kterém se jako srovnávací standardy používali komerční vzorky antikorozních pigment a laboratorně připravený Zn3(PO4)2, prokázali velmi dobrou účinnost při ochraně kovových materiálů. antikorozní pigmenty;fosforečnan zinečnatý;fosforečnany kovů vzácných zemin;koroze
eng The Testing of Corrosive – Inhibitive Properties of Zinc Orthophosphate Doped by Lanthanum Orthophosphate This paper deals with the study of corrosion-inhibition properties of commercially used pigment Zn3(PO4)2 after the modification with lanthanum orthophosphate in the various molar ratio. The system Zn3(PO4)2/LaPO4 was prepared in one step synthesis by crystallization method. Single pigments were examined in the synthetic-based paint and water-based paint. The samples were exposed to influences in the condensation chamber, atmosphere of 100 % humidity and to the content of 0,2 a 1 dm3 SO2. The prepared pigments were evaluated from the viewpoint of the degree of rusting, the blistering, degree of cracking, corrosion in the surrounding of cut and corrosion in the surface. The evaluation, which took place in the comparison with commercial accessible samples and laboratory prepared Zn3(PO4)2, show very good efficiency for the protection of the metallic materials.
