Soubor 1160 MIC hodnot popisujících vliv substituce na antimykobakteriální aktivitu dříve publikovaných 2-(subst. benzyl)sulfanyl benzimidazolů, benzoxazolů a benzothiazolů byl analyzován metodami multidimenzionální . Antimykobakteriální aktivita rostla v pořadí BTZ < BOZ ~ BIM < 5-Me-BIM. Citlivost kmenů na těchto sloučenin klesala v řadě M. kansasii 6509/96, M. avium My 330/88, M. kansasii My 235/80 a M. tuberkulosis My 331/88. Hodnoty log MIC závisely se zápornou směrnicí na Hammettových substitučních konstantách sigma, molární refrakci MR, dominantně rostly s hodnotou log P a mírně klesaly s hodnotou (log P)2 nebo sigma x log delta P. Závislost na z sterických konstantách yps nebyly statisticky významné, ortho efekt se pravděpodobně neuplatňuje. Benzyl)sulfanyl Benzimidazoles, Benzoxazoles, and A set of 1160 MIC values evaluating effect of substitution on the antimycobacterial activity of the previously published 2-(subst. benzyl)sulfanyl benzimidazoles, benzoxazoles, and benzothiazoles has been analyzed by the methods of multidimensional . The antimycobacterial activity increased in the order of BTZ<BOZ~BIM<5 Me-BIM. The sensitivity of particular strains towards these compounds decreased in the order of M. kansasii 6509/96, M. avium My 330/88, M. kansasii My 235/80, and M. tuberculosis My 331/88. The log MIC values depended with a negative slope on the Hammett substituent constants sigma or molar refractions MR and, for the given set of substituents, were dominantly raised with increasing log P value and partially lowered with (log P)2 or sigma xlog delta P. The derivatives featuring high polarizability, low lipophilicity and electron-withdrawing subtituents showed the highest antimycobacterial activity. quantitative structure-activity relationships;benzimidazole;benzothiazole;benzoxazole;2-benzylsulfanyl derivatives
