cze Optická šířka zakázaného pásu ternárních fosfátových a telluritových skel Důraz je kladen na to, že korektní určení optické šířky zakázaného pásu pomocí Taucova a Davis-Mottova modelu vyžaduje použití správné tloušťky vzorků při optických měřeních. V práci byly stanoveny optické šířky zakázaného pásu pro 46 oxidových skel na bázi P2O5 nebo TeO2, obsahující vždy oxidy těžkých kovů, na základě Davis - Mottova modelu a při použití klasického měření optické absorpce vzorků s různou tloušťkou 0,5 až 4 um. U skel systému PbO-ZnO-P2O5 byly tyto hodnoty nalezeny v rozmezí 4.6-5.39 eV a u skel na bázi TeO2 rozmezí 3.14-3.61 eV eV. Pomocí nejjednoduššího modelu slitinové aproximace byly spočítány hodnoty optické šířky zakázaného pásu, které leží u skel PbO-ZnO-P2O5 v oblasti 4,11-5,78 eV a pro skla na bázi TeO2 v oblasti 3,02-3,75 eV. eng On the optical band gap in certain ternary phosphate and TeO2 based glasses An emphasis is placed on the fact that the correct determination of the optical band gap using the Tauc or Davis- Mott model requires the use of the correct samples thickness for the optical transmission measurements. For 46 heavy metal oxide glasses based on P2O5 or TeO2 the optical band gap values were determined using the Davis – Mott model from the classical optical absorption measurements on the samples with the thickness varying from 0.5 to 4 μm. For PbO-ZnO-P2O5 glasses and for heavy metal oxide glasses based on TeO2 the band gaps in the regions 4.6-5.39 eV and 3.14-3.61 eV, respectively, were found. Using the simplest version of the alloying model the band gaps for glasses PbO-ZnO-P2O5 in the region 4.11-5.78 eV and for heavy metal oxide glasses based on TeO2 in the region 3.02-3.75 eV were calculated.
