The aim of this work was an objective assessment of the quality of "organic" and "conventionally" grown vegetable based on content of nutrition elements (K, Mg, Na, Ca, Mn, Zn, P, S, Fe), contaminants (Cr, Ni, Al, P, B, Pb, Cd, As, Hg) and nitrates.
