cze Antikorozní účinnost organických povlaků s obsahem mullitu Z kaolinu byly připraveny tři vzorky obsahují mulit, jako hlavní složku. Vzorek A je povrchově neupravený mullit. Sample B je mullit povrchově upravený polydimethylsiloxanem a vzorek C je mullit modifikovaný antikorozní vrstvou ZnWO4. Připravené pigmenty byly aplikovány do alkydové pryskyřice. kaolin;mullit;OKP;antikorozní účinnost
eng Anticorrosive efficiency of organic coatings with content of mullite Three samples were prepared from kaoline which main component is mullite. Sample A is surface untreated mullite. Sample B is mullite, silanized by polydimethylsiloxane [(CH3)2SiO]n and sample C is mullite modified with ZnWO4 anticorrosive layer. The prepared pigments were applied to alkyd resin. Steel-coated panels (Pigment Volume Concentration - 10 %, 20%, 30 %) were given to the sulphur dioxide corrosion test in a saturated atmosphere (CSN ISO 6988). After 1, 000 hours of exposure the overall anticorrosion efficiency was evaluated according to standard norms ASTM which assess blister size (mm), blister density in area and in the scribe, corroded area (%), corrosion degrees and under film corrosion (mm). kaoline;mullite;PVC;anticorrosion efficiency
