cze Vývoj sestavy pro Cook-off test Na Ústavu Energetických Materiálů byla vyvinuta nová sestava pro zkoušky na pomalý ohřev. Ocelova trubka o délce 90 mm a vnějším průměru 21 mm byla naplněna trhavinou a obmotána kanthalovým drátem a pokryta izolačním tmelem. Pro záznam teploty jsou používány tři termočlánky přiložené k povrchu ocelové bomby. Čtvrtý termočlánek na povrchu bomby kontroluje teplotu. Původní sestava měla stejné geometrické vlastnosti (l = 90 mm a d = 21 mm), ale pro zahřívání bylo použito proudění horkého vzduchu kolem bomby. Teplota byla měřena pomocí dvou termočlánků umístěných ve vzduchu blízko bomby. Výsledky měření teploty získané s novou sestavou jsou velmi dobře reprodukovatelné. V současnosti získáváme z měření pomalého ohřevu pouze teplotu iniciace a čas do iniciace. Výsledky jsou porovnány s numerickými experimenty provedenými pomoci skriptu napsaného v jazyku GNU/Octave, který využívá metody konečných diferencí. pomalý cook-off; číselná simulace; plasty pojené trhaviny; energetické materiály
eng Development of Slow Cook-off Set-up The new set-up for slow cookoff was developed on Institute of Energetic Materials. Steel bomb in cylinder shape 90 mm long and 21 mm in outer diameter filled with high explosive material was twisted around with kantal wire and covered with insulation material. Three thermocouples measure temperature on the surface of the bomb and one more thermocouple is placed on the surface to control temperature. The old fashioned set-up had got the same gemoetric characteristic(l = 90 mm and d = 21 mm), but it was heated with diffusion of hot air around the steel bomb. Temperature was measured with two different thermocouples in space near the bomb. New set-up has got very good response to temperature measurements. Nowadays we focuse on temperature and time to ignition only. Results are discussed and compared with numerical simulations with GNU/Octave finite difference based script. slow cook-off; numerical simulations; plastic bonded explosives; energetic materials
