cze Předběžná verifikace fortifikace W/O emulzí delaborovanými trhavinami na bázi TNT V dokumentu je studována závislost mezi detonační rychlostí fortifikovaných W/O emulzních trhavin a velikostí zrna demilitarizovaného TNT, použitého pro tuto fortifikaci. Pozornost je věnována i aplikaci mleté Composition B 50/50 jako aditiva W/O směsí. Je nalezeno, že delaborovaný TNT s velikostí zrn pod 100 µm a při obsahu 50 % wt. ve W/O emulzi by mohl poskytnout přijatelné výsledky; TNT o větším zrnu vyžaduje současné znecitlivění finalní trhavini mikrobalónky. Vhodným aditivem se ukázala mletá Composition B 50/50 v množství nad 30 % wt. v emulzni trhavině. Ukazuje se, že i ve fortifikovaných W/O směsích přídavek nitrátů kovů má negativní vliv na detonační parametry finálních trhavin Composition B; delaborované trhaviny; detonace; emulze;
eng Preliminary Verification of Fortification of W/O Type Emulsions with Demilitarized Explosive Based on TNT The document presents a study of dependence between detonation velocities of fortified W/O emulsion explosives and the grain size of the demilitarized TNT used for this fortification. Attention has been focused on the application of ground Composition B 50/50 as an additive to W/O mixture. It has been found that the demilitarized TNT having the grain size below 100 µm could give acceptable results if added to the W/O emulsion in the amount of 50 % by wt; TNT with larger grain size necessitates simultaneous desensitizing of the final primary explosive with microballoons. A suitable additive is ground Composition B 50/50 present in the emulsion primary explosive in the amount above 30 % by wt. The presence of metal nitrates in the fortified W/O mixtures affects negatively the detonation parameters of the final explosives. Composition B; demilitarized explosives; detonation; emulsion; TNT
