cze Identifikace hlavních problémů v řízení dodavatelsko-odběratelských řetězců v podnicích chemického a metalurgického průmyslu V posledních dvou desetiletích usilují podniky o vytváření logistických řetězců na podnikové i mezipodnikové bázi. Podoba jednotlivých řetězců a způsob jejich řízení však ovlivňují specifické podmínky, vyplývající zejména z podoby výrobních systémů, které jsou součástí daného řetězce. Chtějí-li manažeři rozhodnout o adekvátním způsobu řízení hmotného toku daným řetězcem, musí nejprve identifikovat specifika daného řetězce a hlavní problémy zpomalující či zastavující hmotný tok v něm probíhající. Článek se zabývá jak současným způsobem řízení hmotného toku v řetězcích s chemicko-technologickými a hutnickými výrobními procesy, tak také problémy, které v těchto řetězcích v souvislosti s řízením hmotného toku nastávají. eng Identification of Main Problems of Supply Chain Management in Companies of Chemical and Metallurgical Industry In the last two decades, companies have been aiming at creating supply chains on company and inter-company basis. The forms of the individual chains and their management are, however, affected by specific conditions resulting above all from the nature of the production systems that are included in the chain. If the managers want to make an adequate decision regarding the management of material flow in the given chain, they must first identify the specifics of the chain in question and the main problems slowing or stopping the material flow taking place within the chain. This article deals both with the contemporary method of management of material flow in chains with chemical-technological and metallurgical production processes, and with the problems also arising in these chains during management of material flows.
