cze Outsourcing a jeho dopady na demand planning V dnešním vysoce konkurenčním prostředí se stávají úspěšnými takové podniky, které dokáží pružně a efektivně reagovat na požadavky zákazníků. Dochází proto k sílícímu tlaku odběratelů podél supply chain na rychlejší reakci dodavatelů, což si vynucuje zkracování doby pro vyřízení a splnění objednávek jejich zákazníků-odběratelů. Chce-li podnik za těchto podmínek obstát, musí zrychlit a zefektivnit nejen své dílčí vnitropodnikové procesy, ale musí dojít současně ke zrychlení a zefektivnění všech toků, včetně rozhodovacích, v celém supply chain. Zvládnutí řízení dodavatelských řetězců se tak stává významnou konkurenční výhodou zejména pro výrobní podniky, které jsou na začátku řetězce. Podniky, si však uvědomují, že nejsou schopny všechny své činnosti vykonávat efektivně. Proto se stal předmětem rostoucího zájmu outsourcing logistiky. Podniky tak mohou využít pro zajištění svých potřeb ty nejlepší poskytovatele logistických služeb. Ti se odlišují nejen nabídkou služeb, ale také rychlostí reakce na změny vzniklé na trhu, plánováním, plněním a kontrolováním činností, které poskytují. Jako spojovací článek mezi průmyslem, obchodem a spotřebiteli přejímají rozhodující klíčovou roli pro řízení a optimalizaci celého materiálového toku. Outsourcing však vedle řady výhod přináší také rizika. Pro PLS jsou největší rizika v oblasti zadání zadavatele a v poskytnutí nedostatečných či zkreslených informací zejména v oblasti předpovědi vývoje poptávky. Znalost poptávky, resp. předpovědi objednávek či prodejů jsou vstupní informace pro řízení celého supply chain. Avšak právě tato oblast často nefunguje efektivně. Článek se proto zabývá úlohou demand planningu jako součásti supply chain managementu v kontextu rozvíjejícího se otsourcingu v oblasti logistiky. outsourcing; supply chain management; demand planning
eng Outsourcing and its Impact on Demand Planning Such companies become successful which flexibly and effectively respond to customers’ demands. Therefore, the customers' pressure increases along the supply chain to accelerate the reaction of suppliers, which thus forces shortening of time to process and fulfill their customers' orders. If a company wants to succeed under these conditions, it needs to accelerate and streamline not only its particular internal processes, but it must also accelerate and streamline all streams, including decision-making, throughout the supply chain. Encompassment of supply chain management becomes an important competitive advantage mainly for enterprises which are at the beginning of the chain and metals, metallurgic and metalworking products manufacturers are one of them. Companies realize however that they are not able to perform all their activities effectively. This is the reason of growing interest in outsourcing of logistics. Companies thus can employ the best providers of logistic services. Beside the difference in provided services they also vary in speed of response on changes on the market, planning, performance and control activities. Being connecting link between industry, business and customers they take over key role for management and optimization of the whole material stream. But outsourcing is bringing beside advantages also some risks. The highest risks for logistics providers are mainly in the field of customer assignment and in the supply of insufficient or misrepresented information mainly in the field of demand forecast development. Demand knowledge, forecast of orders or sales are entrance information for the whole supply chain management. However just this field does not work often effectively. This paper therefore deals with the role of demand planning as a part of supply chain management in the context of developing outsourcing of logistics.
