eng Silver solid amalgam electrode as a tool for monitoring of electrochemical reduction of hydroxocobalamin Polished (p-AgSAE) and mercury meniscus modified silver solid amalgam electrode (m-AgSAE) have been used for monitoring of voltammetric behaviour of vitamin hydroxocobalmin (OH-B12) in this work. It was found that OH-B12 provides 1 reduction peak in acidic media which linearly increases with concentration. Parameters of differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) in connection with cathodic adsorptive stripping have been optimized for voltammetric determination of this vitamin. hydroxocobalamin, silver solid amalgam electrode, voltammetry, determination
