eng Voltammetric Determination of Antioxidants in RME The analysis of rapeseed methylester (RME) based on classical analytical methods creates prerequisites for obtaining complex information about operational degradation of RME. In the framework of performed experimental work it was possible to suggest and verify the method of voltammetric determination of antioxidants (vitamin E and BHT), which can be contribute to optimization of replacement periods of RME. The developed method was applied on real samples and the approach elaborated for the direct voltammetric determination of BHT at gold electrode was further tested by means of replicated analyses with model samples. This method allows monitoring of the content of antioxidants not only in the final product, but also in starting raw materials and side products. rapeseed methylester, antioxadant, voltammetry
