eng N,N-Dibutylbarbituric acid as an acceptor moiety in push-pull chromophores Twelve novel D-p-A chromophores with N,N-dibutylbarbituric acid acceptor, N,N-dimethylamino donor and systematically extended p-linker were synthesized.
