cze Perovskitové pigmenty typu orthoferitů s obecným vzorcem Lu0.98Ca0.02Fe1-xMxO3 Byly zkoumávány barevné vlastnosti perovskitových pigmentů s obecným vzorcem Ln0,98Ca0,02FeO2,99, kde Ln = La, Gd, Lu, Tm, Yb a Ho. Ze získaných výsledků z měření barevnosti byl jako barevně nejzajímavější vybrán pigment s obsahem lutecia tedy Lu0,98Ca0,02FeO2,99, připravený z FeOOH. Tento pigment připravený při různých teplotách výpalu byl podroben rentgenové difrakční analýze, a byl sledován vliv mineralizátorů (Na2SiF6, Na3AlF6, NaF, LiF a AlF3) na jeho barevné vlastnosti. Dále byly připraveny pigmenty typu Lu0,98Ca0,02Fe1-xMxO3??, kde M = Zr, Sn, Bi, Sb, Zn, Co and Ti, x=0,1; 0,3 a 0,5 a byly zkoumány jejich barevné vlastnosti. Pigmenty byly připraveny suchou metodou s následnou kalcinací při teplotě 900 °C po dobu dvou hodin. Barevné vlastnosti byly objektivně vyhodnoceny pomocí spektrofotometru ColorQuerst XE. Distribuce velikosti pigmentových částic byla změřena laserovým analyzátorem Mastersizer 2000 MU. Dále byl sledován vliv přídavku mineralizátoru LiF na barevné vlastnosti těchto pigmentů. Pigmenty v přítomnosti mineralizátoru LiF byly také podrobeny rentgenové difrakční analýze. pigment;mineralizátor;lanthanoid;sytost;barevnost
eng Perovskite-type Orthoferrite Pigments with General Formula Lu0.98Ca0.02Fe1-xMxO3 The color properties of perovskite pigments with general formula Ln0,98Ca0,02FeO2,99, where Ln = La, Gd, Lu, Tm, Yb and Ho were examined. The pigment Lu0,98Ca0,02FeO2,99 prepared from FeOOH was chosen as the color most interesting This pigment was prepared at the different firing temperature and was subjected to X-ray diffraction analysis and was examined of influence of mineralizers (Na2SiF6, Na3AlF6, NaF, LiF and AlF3) on this color properties. Next the pigments of type Lu0,98Ca0,02Fe1-xMxO3??, where M = Zr, Sn, Bi, Sb, Zn, Co and Ti, x=0.1; 0.3 and 0.5 were prepared and their color properties were examined. The pigments were prepared by dry way with followed calcinations at the firing temperature 900 °C for two hours. The color properties were objectively evaluated using the spectrophotometer ColorQuerst XE. The particle size of pigments were measured by laser Mastersizer 2000 MU. Next the influence of added of mineralizer LiF on the color properties of these pigments. The pigments in the presence of LiF were subjected X-ray diffraction analysis also.
