Tepelné vlastnosti a kinetika rozkladu matricí C4-pojené trhaviny (PBXs), plněné atraktivními cyklickými nitraminy, byly zkoumány prostřednictvím neizotermických TG a DSC technik. Je prokázáno, že pouze jediný rozkladný proces je pozorován pro C4 RDX, zatím co dvoustupňový proces existuje pro BCHMX-C4, CL-20-C4 a HMX-C4. Počátky exotermického rozkladu 216.3, 238,7 279.2 a 236.7° s vrcholovými teplotami 2351, 279,0, 231.2 a 233.7° pro RDX-C4, BCHMX-C4, HMX-C4 a CL-20-C4. Tyto exotermické rozklady souvisejí s energetickými změnami 1749, 1938, 1213 a 2639 J g-1, které jsou nižší než u čistých cyklických nitraminů. Také bylo prokázáno, že C4 matrice má významný vliv na distribuci energie aktivace pro RDX, BCHMX a CL-20, jehož počáteční autocatalytický efekt byl inhibován nebo oslabena. V případě HMX-C4 je aktivační energie jeho první ho kroku rozkladu je mnohem nižší než ve druhém kroku plasty pojené trhaviny; cyklické nitraminy; tepelné chování; kinetika; C4 matrice
eng Noniso-thermal analysis of C4 bonded explosives containing different cyclic nitramines The thermal characteristics and decompn. kinetics of C4-bonded PBXs based on some attractive cyclic nitramines were investigated by means of nonisothermal TG and DSC techniques. It is shown that only a single decompn. process is obsd. for RDX-C4 while an obvious two-step process for mixt. of BCHMX-C4, CL-20-C4, and HMX-C4. The onset temp. of the exotherms were obsd. at 216.3, 238.7, 279.2, and 236.7° with the peak temps. of 235.1, 279.0, 231.2, and 233.7° for RDX-C4, BCHMX-C4, HMX-C4 and CL-20-C4, resp. Their corresponding exothermic decompn. processes were covered by energy changes of 1749, 1938, 1213, and 2639 J g-1, which are lower than that of their pure cyclic nitramines. It was also proved that C4 matrix has significant effect on the activation energy distribution of RDX, BCHMX and CL-20, whose initial autocatalysis effect was inhibited or weakened.
