Tepelné chování a kinetika rozkladu Vitonem A pojené trhaviny (PBXs), obsahující atraktivní cyklické nitraminy, byly zkoumány prostřednictvím neisothermických TG a DSC technik. Bylo prokázáno, že pouze jediný rozkladný proces existuje pro RDX-VA, CL-20-VA a HMX-VA, zatímco zřejmě dvoustupňový proces exituje pro BCHMX-VA pod 1,0 ° min-1. Exotermický počátek rozkladu RDX-VA BCHMX-VA, HMX-VA a CL-20-VA činily 212.6, 241.3, 277.6 a 237.8° s píky. 234.1, 242.6, 278.7 a 238.6°, pro jednotlivé trhaviny. Odpovídající tepelné efekty byly 1552, 1263, 1302 a 1597 J g-1, které jsou mnohem nižší než u čistých cyklický nitraminů. Ukázalo se, že Formex polymer není dobré pojivo pro BCHMX, zatímco Viton A je lepší než C4 a Formex jako pojivo pro zbylé cyklický nitraminy kvůli větší tepelné stabilitě. It has been shown that only a single decompn. process has been obsd. for RDX-VA, CL-20-VA and HMX-VA while an obvious two-step process for BCHMX-VA under 1.0° min-1. The exothermic onset temps. of RDX-VA, BCHMX-VA, HMX-VA and CL-20-VA were found as 212.6, 241.3, 277.6, and 237.8° with the peak max. of 234.1, 242.6, 278.7, and 238.6°, resp. Their corresponding heat releases were detd. as 1552, 1263, 1302, and 1597 J g-1, which are much lower than that of the pure cyclic nitramines. It has been proved that Formex polymer is not good binder for BCHMX, while Viton A is better than C4 and Formex as the binder of cyclic nitramines for the sake of greater thermal stability. Viton A has a significant effect on the activation energy distribution of cyclic nitramines, and the initial autocatalysis effect for RDX and BCHMX was weakened or inhibited.
