eng Structure and properties of lead borophosphate glasses modified by tellurium dioxide The effect of TeO2 additions on the properties, thermal behavior and structure of lead borophosphate glasses was studied in the compositional series (1-x)[50PbO-10B2O3-40P2O5]-xTeO2 in a broad concentration range of x = 0-70 mol% TeO2. Glasses were prepared from reagent grade PbO, H3PO4 H3BO3 and TeO2 and their basic physical properties were determined. Thermal properties of the prepared glasses were studied by differential thermal analysis and dilatometry. From the thermoanalytical curves the glass transition temperature Tg, dilatometric softening temperature Td and coefficient of thermal expansion were determined. Their structure was studied by Raman spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopy. Structure; borophosphate glasses; NMR; Raman spectroscopy
