This work deals with the methods for determining the abrasion resistance of prints in laboratory conditions. General procedure is rubbing of print by unprinted material. Footprint transferred on unprinted material is then evaluate by measuring of optical density or Lab* coordinates (colour difference). During this process the selection of measured areas plays an important role.
