eng Inhibition of premature polymerization of cationically curable systems and its impact on long-term functionality This work concerns with the inhibition of early polymerisation of cationically polymerizable system. The goal of this work was to suggest available stabilizers that have a potential to inhibit early polymerisation, use them to set a system of low-viscous cationic polymerization samples, monitor their reactivity and viscosity during long-term heat stress. Viscosity change reflects changes in the distribution of molecular weights in the system or structural changes caused by premature polymerization. The tested mixtures contained various types of stabilizers and their combinations. The reactivity of the polymer mixtures was tested by FTIR spectroscopy. The flow behaviour was measured using rheometer Hakke RotoVisco 1. The most successful stabilizer were consequently used for long-term functionality test.
