cze Alkalická várka řepkové slámy Cílem práce bylo vyrobit natronovou buničinu z řepkové slámy, která obsahovala vedle stonků také šešule. Na základě předběžných experimentů byly vybrány vhodné parametry diskontinuální natronové várky a byl testován vliv přítomnosti antrachinonu na průběh natronové várky v závislosti na H-faktoru. Přídavek antrachinonu do varného louhu vedl ke snížení celkového výtěžku a kappa čísla pro daný H-faktor. Přítomnost antrachinonu měla pozitivní vliv na snížení neprovarů v buničině, a to zejména při nižších hodnotách do H-faktoru 1 500 h. eng Alkaline cooking of Rapeseed Straw Rapeseed straw (Brassica napus L. convar. napus, in our case linie genotype Labrador) was used for the pulping. On the basis of trial pulping experiments, the cooking conditions, when rejects amount was acceptable, were selected. Hence, the batch cooks giving pulps to produce handsheets were performed at a liquor-to-straw ratio of 5:1, an alkali charge of 19 %, an anthraquinone charge of 0.1 %, and a cooking temperature of 160 °C. The pulping results were obtained for stalks of rapeseed straw and for rapeseed straw comprising stalks and valves of siliques. As would be expected, both the total yield and kappa number drop with increasing H-factor which is directly proportional to cooking time. The addition of anthraquinone to cooking liquor led to a significant decreasing in total yield and kappa number characterizing a degree of delignification of pulp. It is worth mentioning that the presence of anthraquinone had a positive effect on decreasing in amount of rejects, mainly at lower values of H-factor up to 1,500 h. The degree of polymerization along with strength properties of pulps cooked from rapeseed straw and rapeseed stalks were measured as well. The strength properties of rapeseed stalks soda pulps are lower than those measured for softwood kraft pulp beaten at 19 SR, however, the tensile strength index was greater than that for waste paper. In spite of this fact, the rapeseed straw pulp has a promising potential to be used in papermaking. rapeseed straw; delignification; soda pulp; anthraquinone
