eng Coordination Compounds of N,N-Chelating Amino Amide Ligand with Aluminium, Magnesium and Zinc Reactions of 2-[(N,N-dimethylamino)methyl]aniline (LNNH2) or its substituted forms, 2-[(N,N-dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl(trimethylsilyl)amine (LNN(SiMe3)H) and 2-[(N,N-dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl(benzyl)amine (LNN(Bz)H) with trimethylaluminium, dimethylaluminium chloride, diorganomagnesium(II) and diethylzinc were realized, all products were characterized by the help of NMR spectroscopy. Group of N,N-chelated aluminium(III), magnesium(II) and zinc(II) amides structures is rather rare. Certainly, some products of above mentioned reactions were characterized by the help of X-ray diffraction techniques, its structures reveal four coordinated central atom of aluminium(III), magnesium(II), resp. zinc(II).
