eng Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy for analysis of ionic conductors Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is powerful method for analysis of electric properties of solid state materials [1]. Recently, we have started to exploit the random walk approach [2,3 ] that allows us to obtain important electric parameters of solid state materials, namely diffusion coefficients and number of ions. The presentation will focus on our measurement setup and convincing measurements and data analysis in terms of diffusion coefficients and number of ions. In particular, data for from impedance analysis of AgSbGeS will be presented together with model calculation [4]. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy; ionic conductors; chalcogenides, random walk
