eng Textural properties of vanadium mesoporous silica materials and their catalytic activities in oxidative dehydrogenation of propane In our case we incorporated by using direct hydrothermal synthesis the vanadium species into silica wall and/or on the silica surface of silica mesoporous material and simultaneously was investigated the effect of pH value of synthesis gel. Morphology and textural properties of MSM samples were characterized by SEM imaging, X-ray diffraction and N2 adsorption/desorption isotherm measurements. Content of vanadium was determined by X-ray fluorescence and vanadium complex speciation was investigated by H2-TPR and DR UV-vis spectroscopy. All prepared samples exhibit mesoporous structure with very high volume of mesopores. This pore volume and pore diameter increased with pH value of synthesis mixture. vanadium; mesoporous silica; catalytic activity; oxidative dehydrogenation; propane
