eng	Effect of grain size on crystallization of As2Se3	The effect of grain size on the crystallization process in glassy As2Se3 was studied by optical microscopy. Powder samples with grain size 0 - 500 m were prepared from a bulk glass and divided into 7 fractions. Then the samples were put into aluminium pans used for DSC experiments and heated up to 370°C by heating rates 0,5 - 5 K/min. The prepared samples were examined by the optical microscopy on top, bottom and inside for an occurrence of crystals.
