eng Determination of total phenolic content in berries using amperometric tyrosinase biosensor based on multi wall carbon nanotubes Determination of Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) in selected berries is presented using an amperometric tyrosinase biosensor based on carbon paste electrode modified with multiwalled carbon nanotubes. All key experimental and instrumental parameters were investigated to found optimum conditions. TEAC was determined by hydrodynamic amperometry using method of multiple standard additions.
