eng Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Alcoholic Beverages This work deals with finding suitable conditions for determination and isolation of volatile organic substances contained in alcoholic beverages. The extraction conditions were optimized in terms of temperature, time and sample volume of head-space GC/MS method. The optimal parameters of the extraction were identified on the basis of the statistical evaluation. The most suitable conditions as follows: the extraction temperature of 80 °C, the extraction time of 15 minutes and a sample volume of 4 ml. Volatile Organic Compounds; Alcoholic Beverages; GC-MS
