Byly připraveny zinečnaté ferity s nodulárním, lamelárním a jehlicovitým tvarem částic. Syntetizavané antikorozní pigmenty byly použity k přípravě povlků na bázi epoxidové pryskyřice. OKP pigmentu bylo stanoveno na 10% a poměr OKP/KOKP na hodnotu 0,3. Povlaky byly podrobeny fyzikálně-mechanickým testům a testům v korozních atmosférách. Výsledky korozních testů byly srovnávány s fosfomolybdenanem hlinito-zinečnatým. V porovnání lamelárních feritů typu Mg-Zna a Ca Zn vykazoval lepší antikorozní vlastnosti pigment typu ca-Zn. velkou výhodou aplikace těchto pigmentů je nulový obsah těžkých kovů, což je řadí mezi látky přátelské k životnímu prostředí. zinečnatý ferit;polymerní povlak;antikorozní pigment;epoxidová pryskyřice;bariérový efekt
eng Corrosion inhibition and phycical properties of polymer coatings based on epoxy resin containing zincferrite particle The new anticorrosion pigments were synthesized from oxides or carbonates through a high-temperature process during a solid phase. The formulated zinc ferrites had a nodular, lamellar, and needle-shaped particles. The synthesized anticorrosion pigments were used to prepare epoxy-resin based coatings that were subjected to tests for determining of physical-mechanical properties and anticorrosion properties. The synthesized anticorrosion pigments were used to formulate epoxy coatings with PVC = 10 % for the synthesized pigment and with the PVC/CPVC ratio = 0.3. The coatings were tested for physical-mechanical properties and in corrosion atmospheres. The corrosion tests results were compared with aluminum zinc phosphomolybdate. Comparisons of the lamellar ferrites with regard to the combinations of the Mg-Zn and Ca-Zn cations serve to detect the relatively stronger anticorrosion effects of the ferrites that contain the Ca-Zn combination. Of great benefit are the application and the method of synthesizing the anticorrosion pigments that do not contain any heavy metals and are environment-friendly. zincferrite;polymer coating;anticorrosion pigment;epoxy resin;barrier effect
