Language Name Abstract Keywords
cze Lipidomic differentiation of breast and kidney tissues of cancer patients using HILIC-HPLC/ESI-MS Comprehensive lipidomic analysis of differences between tumor tissues and surrounding normal tissues of breast and kidney cancer patients were performed using optimized HILIC-HPLC/ESI-MS method. Multivariate data analysis enables a statistically significant differentiation of these tissues based on changes of their lipidome. The characterization of the significant lipids is the first step, which is then followed by the search for these potential lipid biomarkers with different expression in body fluids (blood or urine) of cancer patients compared to healthy volunteers.
