Vodivé polymery patří v současnosti k velmi zkoumaným látkám v řadě oborů a díky své netoxičnosti a vysoké stabilitě je jejich využití zkoumáno i ve formulacích nátěrových hmot. Jejich oxidační a katalytické vlastnosti způsobují pasivační procesy na kovovém podkladu, stejně jako sloučeniny obsahující těžké kovy. To umožňuje jejich nahrazení například toxických chromanových inhibitorů koroze. Byly formulovány nátěrové hmoty na bázi epoxysterové pryskyřice rozpouštědlového typu s obsahem testovaných molybdenanů/PANI/PPY. Byly provedeny mechanické testy ke zjištění vlivu testovaných kompozitních pigmentových částic na mechanickou odolnost. Byla testována antikorozní účinnost nátěrů s obsahem těchto částic v závislosti na typu povrchové úpravy vodivým polymerem, chemickém složení pigmentu, koncentraci (OKP) v simulovaných korozních atmosférách. Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit vliv anorganických kompozitních pigmentů s povrchovou úpravou vodivými polymery na rychlost koroze, pomocí elektrochemických a zrychlených korozních zkoušek. Byly vyhodnoceny pigmenty s vysokou antikorozní účinností, srovnatelnou nebo vyšší než vykazuje klasický fosforečnan zinečnatý. eng	Pigments based on molybdates surface treated with conductive polymers and their properties in anticorrosive coatings	This work describes the properties of molybdate-based pigments which were synthesized and subjected to surface treatment with 2 conductive polymers, viz. polyaniline phosphate (PANI) and polypyrrole phosphate (PPy), for use in protective coatings. Conductive polymers are currently attracting considerable interest in a number of sectors, among them the paint industry owing to their non-toxicity and high stability. Their oxidative and catalytic properties induce passivation processes on the surfaces of the metallic substrates, similar to those induced by compounds containing heavy metals. Owing to this, the new coating materials can be used to replace the toxic chromate-based corrosion inhibitors. Paints consisting of a solvent-based epoxy-ester resin as the binder and the above-mentioned molybdate/PANI/PPY pigments were formulated and subjected to mechanical tests in order to assess the effect of the composite pigment particles on the paints' mechanical resistance. Anticorrosion efficiency of the paints was also examined in dependence on the type of particle surface treatment with the conductive polymer, chemical composition of the pigment, and pigment volume concentration (PVC) in simulated corrosive atmospheres. The effect of the surface-treated inorganic composite pigments on the corrosion rate was investigated by using electrochemical tests and accelerated corrosion tests. Pigments featuring a high anticorrosion efficiency (comparable to or higher than that of the conventional zinc phosphate) were identified.
