eng Nano-colloid printing of functional PLA-b-PEO copolymers for creation of multi-functional biomimetic surfaces of PLA based biomaterials. The deposition of nano-colloids of functional PLLA/PEO block copolymers can be effectively used for tailoring the surface pattern of functional groups, thus of biomimetic motifs into the clusters. The peptide cluster distance can be tuned by the composition of deposited solution. The spatial distribution of peptide clusters can be determined using AFM techniques and the effect of spatial distribution of RGDS peptide and the character of peptide motif was demonstrated on formation of cell aggregates.
