eng The effect of surface distribution and character of biomimetic motif on bone tissue formation. The deposition of nano-colloids of functional PLLA/PEO block copolymers can be effectively used for tailoring the surface pattern of functional groups, thus of biomimetic motifs into the clusters. The peptide cluster distance can be tuned by the composition of deposited solution. The spatial distribution of peptide clusters can be determined using AFM techniques and the effect of spatial distribution of RGDS peptide and the character of peptide motif was demonstrated on formation of bone tissue. tissue engineering; biomaterial
