Except for cyclic voltammetry the algorithm, a new method, consisting of two different voltages, has also been applied. A related Ag surface deposition was also observed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Finally, the experiment results can be explained by a model of “concentration-polarization” phenomena. CBRAM, ion conductive chalcogenide glasses, conductive filament formation
