eng Evaluation of the physico-mechanical and anticorrosion properties of paint films using nanotechnique This paper is focused on paint films, which is examined by using nanotechnique. The paint film consists at least three components such as binders, pigments or fillers and solvent. The properties of paint films, which is based on epoxy-ester resin was measured by nanoscratch technique. Organic coatings were prepared in the following volume concentration of selected pigment PVC = 0.5 and 3 %. Non-pigmented epoxy-ester resin was used as a blank sample to compare. The pigments particles were selected at nanoscale for better study using nanotechnique. The other binder will be selected to opposite of epoxy-ester resin to the new one will be more hardness. These systems will be exposed to the corrosive environment. Subsequently, it will be comparative according elasticity, Young´s modulus and force to be applied to deform.
