cze Studium struktury a fyzikálních vlastností systému Ga2O3–ZnO–P2O5 Byla připravena skla kompoziční řady xGa2O3-(50-x)ZnO-50P2O5, x = 0-30. Byly nalezeny jejich základní fyzikální charakteristiky, jako je hustota, molární objem, teplota skelné transformace a měknutí, koeficient teplotní roztažnosti a mikrotvrdost a byly diskutovány v souvislosti se strukturou. fosfátová skla; Ramanova spektroskopie; 31P MAS NMR; termická nalaýza
eng Structural investigation and physical properties of Ga2O3–ZnO–P2O5 glasses The glasses with composition xGa2O3-(50-x)ZnO-50P2O5, x = 0-30, were prepared. Their basic physical characteristics as a density, molar volume, glass transition and softening temperature, as well as thermal expansion coefficien and microhardness were measured and discussed in connection with structural change. Raman spectroscopy and 31P MAS NMR showed that with increasing substitution of zinc(II) by gallium(III) passes basic structure of the glass from the prevailing metaphosphate (Q2) to pyrophosphate (Q1). phosphate glasses; Raman spectroscopy; 31P MAS NMR; 71Ga MAS NMR; thermal analysis
