eng	The Raman spectra and structure of PbO-WO3-P2O5 glasses	The Raman spectra of glasses from the compositional series (0·5−x/2)PbO.xWO3.(0·5−x/2)P2O5 (x=0·1, 0·2, 0·3, 0·4, 0·5 and 0·6) were studied. Three components were identified in the set of baseline-subtracted and temperature-corrected Raman spectra by principal component analysis. The thermodynamic model of Shakhmatkin & Vedishcheva, with four components (PbP2O6, W2P2O11, PbWO4, and WP2O8) corresponding to the stable crystalline phases, was constructed. Correlation analysis between the scores obtained by multivariate curve analysis of the Raman spectra and the equilibrium molar amounts obtained from the thermodynamic model was performed.
