eng	Reactivity of Various Nitriles with Main Group Metal Species	The activation of small molecules together with reactions of main group metal complexes and organometallics with unsaturated systems is one of the hottest topic of nowadays chemistry. In this paper, we would like to demonstrate the reactivity of various lithium, magnesium, aluminium and tin compounds with unsaturated systems such as alkynes and various aliphatic and aromatic nitriles - tetranitriles. These reactions are usually connected to the presence of lowest possible oxidation state of the central metal atom as well as the possibility of the trimethylsilyl group, present in the amide backbone, migration process to the nitrogen atom(s) of the parent nitrile group. Various organic molecules or natural products can be synthesized by our approach.
