Zjištění ukazují, že je možné eliminovat/redukovat oxidační působení vody, čímž lze prodloužit čas před nátěrem po otryskávání a že nová technologie inhibitoru koroze nesnižuje kvalitu adheze nátěru. Kovové vzorky byly upraveny/promyty za standardních laboratorních podmínek. 2% vodný roztok V-aktivního VCl SPH1712 byl připraven zředěním inhibitoru v průmyslové vodě. Kovové pláty byly po otryskání a následném sušení podrobeny testu adheze nátěru, katodickému rozptylu, testování na dobu tvorby okamžité koroze a cyklické korozi typu III a byla zhodnocena délka krátkodobé ochrany, ochrana před oxidací a vliv na adhezi nátěru. Navržená technologie s využitím V-aktivního VCl pomáhá minimalizovat/eliminovat oxidační působení vody, jestliže je kov vystaven vlhkosti v uzavřeném prostředí, prodloužit dobu před nátěrem bez vlivu na finální kvalitu nátěru. Navržená technologie dovoluje zvýšit ocelový povrch během čištění a přípravy, čímž se sníží náklady na práci a snižuje se spotřeba vody během přípravného procesu. Praktické aplikace jsou v takových odvětvích, jako je loďařství, údržba lodi, těžba ropy a zemního plynu včetně ochrany vnitřku potrubí a ochrany během hydrostatických testovacích procesů a čištění vody a ochrany proti korozi v dieselových cisternách kontaminovaných vodou. Cílem této práce je představit výsledky pro nové organické chemické inhibitory, které využívají vodu jako použité médium. Navíc tato skupina organických inhibitorů udržuje vlastnosti těkavých inhibitorů. Takové sloučeniny jsou obecně známé jako V-aktivní VCls. koroze; ropa a zemní plyn; inhibitory; VCl; adheze
eng Applying a new concept of corrosion protection in the presence of water: hydrojetting application - effectiveness lab test This paper describes the results of lab testing of a newly developed organic inhibitor V-active VCIs. The findings demonstrate that it is possible to eliminate/reduce the oxidizing action of water, thereby extending the allowable time before painting after hydrojetting, and that the new corrosion inhibitor technology does not interfere with the final quality of paint adhesion. Metallic specimens were treated/washed in standard lab condition. A 2%V-active VCI SPH1712 water solution was prepared by diluting the inhibitor in industrial water. Metal sample plates were examined after blasting and after subsequent drying, and were submitted to the paint adhesion tests, cathodic disbondment, total soluble salts, time for formation of flash rust and cyclic corrosion test type III, to evaluate the duration of temporary protection and oxidation prevention and influence on paint adherence. Using the V-active VCI proposed technology, it was possible to minimize/eliminate the oxidizing action of the water when the metal is exposed to saline moisture in a closed environment, extending the acceptable time before painting without interfering with the final quality of painting. The proposed technology allows an increase in the prepared (wet blasted) steel surface during cleaning and preparation, thereby reducing labor and product costs, and reduces water consumption during the preparation process. Practical applications in the shipbuilding, ship maintenance and oil and gas production industries include the preservation of internal tubes and pipes, protection during hydrostatic test processes and cleaning with water and corrosion prevention in diesel tanks contaminated with water. The intent of this paper is to present the obtained results for a new formulation of organic chemical inhibitors that use water as the application medium.
